ISCAP promoted another ERASMUS+ blended intensive program called Technical Communication for All that attracted 22 students from Ventspils University of Applied Sciences (Latvia) and Universitatea Tehnică de Construcții București (Romania), among others.
Between and 7 and 11-July, the students experienced the usual modules:
- Basics Of Technical Communication, by João Ribeiro.
- User/Task Analysis, by Nicholas Hill.
- Visual Highlight Of Features, by Joaquim Baptista.
- Web Accessibility Guidelines, by Pia Karasjärvi.
- A two-day project by Françoise Jouan to document Agroptima, a combination of web and mobile applications that supports farmers in managing fields, crops, tasks, equipment, and contractors. All the teachers helped steer the students through the project.

The organized social program included a boat tour through the Douro river, a visit to the Porto wine caves, and a final celebration dinner in Gaia.
